Changed attitude...

I'm sat at work (really busy, can u tell?) and have been doing a bit of daydreaming today. Looking back over the last 10 weeks it's been a rollercoaster of emotions. I've been really happy on each weigh in day to have seen the scales go down, felt guilty and pissed off when i've been on a vodka binge (even though I did lose at WI, i could have lost more), i've even gone as far as blaming my husband for not being able to eat? LOL poor sod.

Anyway - I've decided that I really need to have a positive attitude, I am doing this diet because I want to see a different person when I look in the mirror. I'm EXCITED about what the future holds and I really can't wait to get to goal. I have actually started to notice a difference in myself lately and so have realised that i actually CAN do this! I AM doing this!

I also want to say, that everyone doesn't give themselves enough credit. I am FAR from perfect, you all know the amount of times that I've been out and had a few shady vodka's! This diet is hard but our determination and willpower is getting us through.

I realise I have just talked crap for the past 5 minutes, but I just think we should all be a bit more upbeat and get excited about our achievements. Everyone is doing fantastic but all the posts seem to be a bit down lately!!

I'll shut up now :D

HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!

Just wanted to agree with what everyone else said really, really great thread and we do indeed sometimes need to look back a few weeks and see just how chuffing well we are all doing, okay , so there have been a slip or two, however we are still here, hanging on in there and we are getting more fabulous by the day.

Great post Vicky, life is too short to be miserable so we should make the most of the time we have been given!

If I feel down then I think of my amazing older sister who was always positive throughout 2 cancer treatments and think, if she can be cheerful then I have absolutely no reason not to be!!!! (I find it even easier to be cheerful now I am no longer obese!!!!)
