Morning all, severly fell by the wayside over the last couple of months and gained half a stone! I am off on hols on the 18th of sept and determined to shift that 7 lbs by then! Hope everyone's been well!!
Mixed day today, and not very inventive as I woke up 2 hours late today LOL
B: Protein shake, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
L: WW Spaghetti, salad, plum
D: Ribs, bbq sauce (syns), roasted beetroot & carrots, steamed spinach
S: banana, apricot
E: none today
W: 3 litres
