i personally dont use the recommended does of water cos if i do i dont like it it says 250 to the shakes but i only use 100ml of water or i wont drink it cos i dont like it you find ya way of the way you like it

Crims, experiment till you find the level that you prefer. The bag says 250ml but I usually add between 400-450mls to my shakes.

Good decision. Everyone is different so the amount of water is down to personal taste. If you do decide you need less than 250ml remember to up your water intake to make up for it.

I can use anything up to 500mls per shake and 1 heaped teaspoon of Fibreclear - but thats just me and everyone is different
