back yet again!!!

hello every1, yes i am back again!!! stopped the diet due to various reasons ( ending up in hospital with constipation if you remember!) but carried on without logging on here, did manage to lose 3 stone still on the cd diet and now have come back again for another go and hope to lose another 3 stone as i have put 11 pounds back on within summer holidays. i now weigh 14 stone 13 pounds and am starting the diet 2morow. i now realise that this site was the reason i could stay on this diet and get through the crap days, and do feel that i have let you all down as in not logging on and offering support. anyway, will be logging on every day bout this time so hope to be chatting to you all soon.
