and the track is my toilet habits!
Does anyone know where to get Phyllum husks and movical, I have heard they are preferable to ducolax or any other laxative

Holland and Barratt do a product called Regucol, it's like seedy type stuff - that's the psyllium husks, I don't know if you can mix it with water, or if it's allowed on this diet. It's pretty hard to take it, I used to put it in orange juice, and pretend it was the 'bits' of orange and just swig it down. Does the job though, it clings to your insides and drags everything through.

you can usually get movicol sachets in the pharmacies.. but it might be on precription now??

Hi

Senokot is made of husks.

don't pay too much heed to my experience of dulcolax - I am fairly sensitive to it. It certainly gets things moving, though ;)
