Exercise Bike..

I am on my 4th week of LT and I have been doing 20 mins on my exercise bike daily. I am hoping to start an exercise dvd soon aswell so I can tone up other areas of my body too

Am I doing enough exercise?
How will I benefit from using it?

Thanks. I think the bike is definitely helping to tone up my legs slighty:p

Going to try and build it up as I go on - hopefully!

Well, its depends on Goals and Aims.
It depends How much weight you want to reduce in what time frame.
I think its good and surely bike riding would really help you.

Bike riding is great exercise. If you enjoy cycling you might also want to try out a spinning class -they get you working those legs really hard.
I think the general recommendation for exercise is 30 mins to a hour most days a week (which should be about 4), but you have done well to start and will gain more energy as you continue.
