Hey Cuddly,
How did the Girlie night out go? Were they gobsmacked at the change in you?
I bet you were overwhelmed with compliments!:clap:
Get on here and let's know!! xx

Hi Cathy,

It was a great night! Started with teenage daughter straightening my hair and doing my make-up - I did end up looking a bit "emo" with all the eyeliner but it did look good (though not this morning when I looked like a panda coz I couldn't be bothered to remove it last night!!! Lol!!!)

I felt good in my size 16 jeans (slight muffin top hidden by the top I was wearing) and added heels to make me look leggier. I was so nice to feel more feminine even though I was still the biggest of them all.

My friend who knows I'm on LT picked me up and we then picked another friend who was gobsmacked to say the least! She told me I looked much younger - which at my age, and being the eldest of the girlies, was a great boost.

The other 3 girls were also very impressed and couldn't get over it! To top everything off, I came second in the bowling!!! The best I usually manage is second from last!!!!

It was a great night and I survived on a litre of water!

Thank you for asking.

Oh, I so pleased you had a good night, it's always lovely to surprise people and get complimented.
You've done incredibly well and bet you look fantastic!! x

So glad to hear you looked Foxy and had a great time, really good for the Ego!
Kinda spurs you on (and me,) when you hear a nice tale like yours.
I was an Alice Cooper looky likey last time I had a night out and left the make-up on too! xx

Thank you for all your lovely comments.

The compliments last night really encouraged me to keep on going till I reach my target. I did get a couple of "don't take it too far and lose too much" but I just said I wouldn't. I did tell one friend about LT and she was very supportive and encouraged me to do more exercise to tone my flabby muscles.

I did pop into the chemist Friday afternoon for an unofficial WI coz I was desperate to be in the 12's for my night out and I was thrilled to find I was (just!) That little milestone was very important for me and my confidence.

I still have a long way to go, especially getting rid of my mummy tummy, but I do feel so much better these days.

Cathy, love the Alice Cooper remark - it is soooo true for me this morning!!!! Lol!
