Ok, I am 11 stone and 5ft 2.
I want to lose 2 or 3 stone.
And it really is a matter of life and death because my weight gain has drastically changed the way I look (thanks to my jawline.)
What I've been eating for a month:
breakfast = bowl of cereal
lunch = 2 slices of toast with whatever spread (peanut butter etc)
dinner = Either a rice based dish or packet noodles or a plate of salad.
I want to lose 2 pounds a week. But I am barely losing 1 pound a week and somtimes I lose nothing. A month has pass and I've only lost something below 3 pounds.
Am I eating too much complex carbohydrates? I dont really snack on junk food but I drink lots of milk tea and coffee.
I also go to the gym for an hour, 2/3 times a week and I eat fruits.
Please need suggestions! Thanks!
