Self explanatory title... does it make you lose lbs? If so, is it water weight you lose, or is it your metabolism...???
I've been finding it hard to get back to SS for the past 3 days. Normal eating, calorie counting more than anything, haven't weighed myself in a while and I'm very anxious.
Had 1 Soup today 138cal, 400cal lunch (west indian soup with 1/2 yam) - 2 coconut rings (200cals) loads of water... everyday been having about 800cals...
Just wondering if the sauna can help with some weight...and if so is it a good idea?
