Apparantly as long as they have less than 1% fat on packet they are. The spicy ones definitely free

Hi, chow mein is free as well, just had it for lunch and it was lovely and filling. The tomato is free as well.

Ooh I thought this thread was going to be pictures of our faces lol.

I've never heard of these before so just went on tesco.com and had a look at them. How ON EARTH does this diet work if you can get away with eating them?? Crazy bananas. I'm going to try to get my hands on the spicy one, it looks nice. Thanks for the tip
