My mouth feels awful so have just been and picked up some mouth wash and Listerine strips. Are both these OK.

Hey Bev, these are fine - I am waiting for my listerine strips to come through the post, thought they might have been here today, but they weren't so hopefully tomorrow!!

cool i bought a few mint sprays, they're great, really do the trick.

nothing is worse than waking up and having that taste as the first sensation of you day - lol!

I find listerine strips are excellent - and plenty of water helps too.
