Flopster
Got a life thank you!
I am trying hard to stick to the resolution I made at the time management course a few weeks ago which is to regain some of "me" time by spending less time on the forums and I therefore haven't updated in a while.
I am four weeks into the route to management now, it has been a bit up and down, lots of "good" days a few "bad" (yesterday was a really bad one, today hopefully so far has been quite good).
I have now lost four stone exactly, I love where I am at - it isn't too thin or too fat. I would like to lose another half stone so that I have half a stone in my comfort zone.
Today I am wearing black leggings and a mini skirt with a big thick knit jumper - something that would have been impossible just six months ago. The skirt is a size 14 but it is MASSIVE on me, I really need to get some confidence and go try on a size 12 now.
I'm not saying management is easy - far from it - but if there is an important time to stick with the lighter life programme it is at this stage, the group support and the support from the counsellor reinforcing everything you have learnt during foundation really is key to this. The CDs are very powerful tools as well and nothing like the crap DVDs they show in class.
Good luck everyone in your continued journeys, I do read occasionally to try to keep up with how everyone is doing.
