I have the healthy extras list but what are healthy extras a and b? im so confused it hasnt got it on my ebook...
also, is as much fruit as you want allowed on original days too?
 
Healthy Extra A's are more of your dairy,milk and cheese etc
Healthy Extra B's are more fibre, bread etc
you should aim to have two of each a day

and as to the question about fruit you can have as much as you want lol
 
do you go to class?

if you do it should be in the bumph you get when you join

also by going to class or by doing SW postal or online it means you have the whole SW to peruse at your leisure ( ooh look at me with the fancy words lol)
