anyone doing refeed,advise please?

got to go away on saturday just until tuesday and also starting to refeed saturday, going to the chemist for my final weigh in on tfr before i go and to pick up the maintenance products for the week

do you know if the caramel bars are any good? and do they taste anything like those disgusting flapjacks lol as i wanted to take these with me for breakfast each day as will be on two meals on sunday anyway. thanks xxxxxxx

Hi Nicki, just started the refeed yesterday. Pharmacy didn't have the caramel bars unfortunatley, but I think they'll probably taste pretty good. The maintenance choc whip tasted very creamy and sweet if this is anything to go by.
Also it might be a good idea to ring your pharmacy in advance to check whether the maintenance products you want are available and get them to order them in if not.
