Love God; Love People
Thank you all so very much. I have decided (seems like a spur of the moment decision, but not really) to stop TFR today and go onto the refeed and maintainance.
Gotta say it's been a wonderful journey and I really couldn't have done it without the solid support of all of you my fellow lipotrimmers on this site.
Thru the carb withdrawals
to the headaches
and into ketosis...
Thru the stage of realising that food is everywhere I turn
and feeling deprived
to the exhilirating stages of unbelievable weight-loss
and my regular clothes starting to look ridiculously big on me....
Thru the stage of feeling comfortable and not tempted by the most delioius of dishes...
Thru the stage of getting interested in exercise
Thru the stage of getting into a healthy BMI
Thru the stage of thinking 'My, I look real good..!'
Thru the stage of realising that this healthy change is for life and not just for a season...
You have been here with me thru it all.
I really appreciate all the responses to my posts, reading your stories too, laughing at the silly things we share sometimes(!), the fun and the joys of success, getting inspired by how well you're all doing and inspired to keep on.
I sincerely could not have done it without you all.
My stopping TFR does seem like a spur of the moment decision, particularly when you look at my ticker but I realised I had met my goal to get to a healthy BMI and to size 12.
My start dress size =16-18, now comfy 12
Start BMI =29.5, now 23.5
Start stats:
Bust 42, now 36
Waist 37, now 31
Hips 46, now 40
I just realised I will most likely still lose weight on the refeed and the maintainance; and moreso since I have started lots of exercise. (Spinning is brilliant, try it! Totally tone is excellent for the whole body, and my latest discovery ZUMBA aerobics is out of this world!, all in addition to cycling).
I'd better stop now. Once again thanks for giving such great support. I will definitely still be around on the forum -here and doing a refeed thread too.
God bless you guys!
Heartfelt,
Trimlee
