Hi all just thought I would post some pics of me. I finished my LL journey 4 wks ago and am now following a low carb diet. The 1st pic is before LL, the next after and one with my uncle 4 wks ago. One with my children 6 yrs ago. One my niece's wedding last year and finally my wedding day 15yrs ago before weight gain. I will do anything I can to make sure that I stay as in picture 3 and not as picture 1 & 4
