i was recommended by my chemist not to exercise in first week due to the bosy goign through so much change is this what everyone done and what would happen if i did??
It is not recommended that you exercise in the first week as you are weaker then and more likely to experience dizziness and sickness from over-exertion. I doubt a lot of difference would be made if you did, but like I've just said, you might feel ill and very light headed. Personally I'd wait until you were in the second week at least.
I think it depends on the person and how much energy you have. Also you dont have to excercise mad as that will build muscle and thats heavier than fat! But if you want to and feel like it then simple exercise to get your heart beating is ok
thank you jack i think i will wait defo for this week and not do any this week. i wok eup this morning feeling quite bad i felt dizzy sick and such a horrible feeling but after a couple of hours i was ok, so i defo think i will wait till my ups and downs are ok.thank you so much for your advice.

You dont build muscle for ages and it will not affect your losses ... also if you have muscle and start to build it it makes you more effective at burning fat..
So the more muscle youhave you, while you are sitting still you will be burning more fat than the person with lesser muscle!
Also toning exercises help with lose skin and definition xx
