well i know i never really left... but in a way i feel that i did...

since going to the wedding in July, there have been lots of events etc. and i have been peeing about with the diet since then...

luckily i haven't gained... been stuck at 3 stone off for about 2 weeks....

so monday for me is restart... and to be honest i'm quite pleased i have been off the diet cos i've been able to straighten my head out, also money has been tight so i have loads of packs left...

just wish me luck cos i have really struggled to get back on solid since the wedding xxx

hey hun.. know the feeling well.. was really hard to get back on it after i had the weekend (which turned into a week) off at the end of july. since then i have had events etc. now pretty much is a clear straight for me...to go at it 100% and see if i can lose as much as poss for xmas :)

good luck ... but then.. i know you can do it!! xx
 
oh thanks for all the kind words... just got back from the football so i am absolutely shattered...

hope everyone is having a good day... i know i am going to succeed on my restart because i am so determined... i'm half way there and when i think about it, it didn't take long to lose the first half so i am gonna get my head down and lose my second half
