Batchlers Rice and Pasta packets?

Hi Girls.

Can you please help.. cannot find these in my book.. a friend who previously did slimming world has told me on a green day these are both "free foods".. does that include any flavor??

Help?

I think all of the rices are free as I was looking up the garlic butter one this morning and was suprised that was free,and all the others I looked at were free.

I know the Brocoli & Cheese pastaand the mushroom & wine one is free, but I think the macoroni cheese and carbonara are about 1 syns

the carbonara is 0.5 syns and the macaroni is 1 syn thats on green.
