Ive got a real sweet tooth!
Stopping the sweets is fine, but stopping 2 sugars in tea is going to be very difficult, im on holiday atm, but when i go back to work lots of cups of teas, ive tried some sweetners, but the after taste is DISGUSTING!
I can give it all up, but not my sugar in tea

Anyone got any recs please?

Hi which sweetners have you tried? I know some of the cheaper brand ones are a little nasty but I candarel tastes ok to me its just a case of just trying different ones till you find one your ok with. You could use sugar in your tea but It would have to be synned.

I use canderell - but not in drinks, only if its in a recipe x

i use tesco own sweetener (i just had some on strawberries) and it lovely, i don't have sugar in tea or coffee it mainly on cereal or fruit

I used to have 2 sugars in my coffee then I decided I had to cut it out so I cut down to one and let my taste buds get used to it then eventually cut it out altogether. Now I can't stand the taste of sweet coffee

I agree, it is a waste, hence why im on
here asking for recs for sweetners before i spend a fortune buying all the brands

So i shall go get a few of the recs tomorrow.

i have tesco own ganulated sweetner on things and go through about a large jar a week, i have an extreamly sweet tooth. but i only have sweetned in tablet form in tea and coffee. i find that the larger tablets taste worst than the smaller ones. your right at first they taste horrid as of course sugar is the best but if your going to be on your SW journey then you need to make some small sacrifices and belive me as a sugar user for 10 years and a sweetner user for 5 years after a while you really cant tell

I love my Splenda! I always use the tablets in my coffee and it's lovely! It's a bit expensive but I think it's the best sweetener out there.
