i set my target, i have the certificate and shiny gold badge to prove it but i do tend to wander in and out of target, not by loads and loads but i have been 3lbs over target before and had to scramble back into it.

its hard when your at target to stay there. i also get bored not cos SW is boring but cos i have been doing it for over a year and i cant cook and sometimes i just think stuff it....and normally stuff myself, then regret it later of course.

not yet, but hopefully before xmas, then the challenge is to stay in target, at least you get to go to group for free...so that will help maintain....
