ANOTHER WEIGHT LOSS ON REFEED

well i've just finished my 2nd week on refeed and dropped another 1lb taking me down to 9st 8lb, decided to move the goalposts again so aiming for 9st 5lb.
can't believe how good it feels not to have gained any weight, i was sure i would have piled lbs on as soon as i introduced food. anyone about to start refeed i'd say enjoy it and don't fret over it.

yeah, good news. I was a bit wary of the refeed but all these success stories are very encouraging. Now I look forward to it! well done Scouse.

what actually happens on re-feed what/how much do you eat and how long do you do it for
refeed is as short or long as you like really. it does say if you have lost a colossal amount then you can stay on refeed for a couple of weeks then gradually introduce food and maybe a maintenance bar or shake daily. i only did 2 wks as this takes me up to my hols (lanzarote tomorrow yippee)

Thats awesome babe! I am starting my refeed next week - I want to loose 4 pounds on refeed. SO it is very encouraging to hear your success! xox
