1st WI tomorrow...

Well, as it says, I have my first weigh in tomorrow and I'm very nervous/excited but also apprehensive.

I have an appointment with my consultant [for my other treatment] today and I'm going to ask him how long I'll be able to carry on for. Have a horrible feeling they'll say I can't do a VLCD with the treatment, so I'll only have 1 or 2 more weeks.

It's surprisingly addictive though, isn't it. I like the total control of not worrying about what is acceptable to eat etc.

Fingers crossed for me - don't feel like I've lost anything!!:sigh:

You will definately have lost hun.....I also measured myself when i started and can't believe how the inches are coming off!

Best if luck Trixie. I didn't notice any difference for a few weeks after starting but still lost 13lbs in my first week.

Believe in yourself, you can and will do this.

Your consultant may not start the treatment till you get your BMI down so don't be disappointed, you'll be there a lot sooner on LT!
