hiya all,

well i'm currently doing lipotrim but i fancy a change, and i heard that lighterlife has more options.

could someone please just let me know what it's all about, what results you get and how much it costs. i currently pay £36 a week for lipotrim.

many thanks guys:)

Hi there.

I'm in week 7 of lighter life. From what i've heard about Lipotrim, LL is quite similar with the exception of the weekly 2 hour group councelling sessions we get. Dscussin why we eat and trigger foods and all lkinds of things like that. They are very useful sessions and it's great becasue you meet lots of like minded people who are in the same boat as yourself.

LL is £66 per week. You can have 4 food packs a day, flavours of which are:

Soups: Thai chilli, chicken, veg, mushroom and tomato (rumoured to be coming soon!!)
Shakes: Strawberry (my personal fave!), rasberry, vanilla, caramel, banana, chocolate
Bars: Cranberry (yum), Peanut (also yum), lemon, fruit, toffee.

You're allowed one bar a day as one of your packs after the first week.

You also get tips on exercise, through the prog you will receive a pedometre, exercise band, exercise ball etc.

LL is really good, results and support is fantastic.

Hope this helps, good luck!!!

Hiya Mummy

Basically at a pack level Lipotrim, Cambridge and Lighterlife are pretty similar in terms of how they work. I am led to understand that Cambridge has the wider variety but not 100% sure of the current Lipotrim range.

Why not give you local Lighterlife and Cambridge counsellor a call and see which one you click with as it is the support, knowledge, empathy and skills that can help you help yourself be slim as opposed to just the flavours.
