OMG i have just got home from a week away where i have been eating what i like ..bbqs , ice cream etc i missed one weigh in last tuesday ...however i have just returned home and decided to approach the dreaded scales and found i have only put on half a pound !!:eek: i cant believe it ..plus its weigh in day tomorrow whoopee

well done - a word of warning though, don't think you'll be able to get away with it every week lol
 
what you done understand is that the body is a very intelligent piece of work what it does is to trick you unto believing that you can eat what ever you like without limitation and put no or little weight on but his hiding agenda is to store as much fat as possible and by the time you realise it hammmmmm you are 22stones overweight.

don't fall for that brain trick...

it only works like that if you're totally convinced that you've gained about half a stone! you may have been a bit more active without realising it and sometimes some high calorie foods can jump start our metabolism into burning quicker.

...but you can't plan these things - you're body will do what it pleases!

i dont plan to do this all the time but it was a holiday i didnt over eat as i dont eat alot anyway and i was prepared for the weight gain ..the only thing is , is that im at the V festival this weekend ( how ever they do vegi food stalls and fruit stalls too so i will prob eat things from there and my sis is on SW to and she will be with me so we can help each other ! - plus i prob wont be drinking as i hate the toilets there so try not to go to often. )
