Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone else who uses weightlossresources to maintain has found that the extra calories added by exercise seem to been very high/perhaps too high?
In the past I didn't pay much attention to the calories I burned through exercise as I just used them to aid my weightloss and didn't eat them. Now that I am maintaining I've been counting them into my daily food intake, and it seems really high!
I'm on holiday in spain all of august, and I've been walking loads, for between 2 and 5 hours each day. That is adding hundreds of extra calories to my daily allowance, and I have been eating most of them (around 2300 a day), but now I'm worrying that as I'm here all month, I'll go home and find I've put loads of weight on!
I'm probably best to sneak off to the chemists and weigh myself to be sure, but my boyfriend thinks I'm being obsessive and shouldn't worry so keeps steering me away from the scales!!
