Here's one I wanted to share with you. Roughly a stone into SW, I had to visit the doctors for a routine check-up as I was changing surgeries. He did the usual blood tests etc and weighed me and put me on the obese register 
, this is not the worst bit though. He measured by waist, which at the time was 41", then put the details into his computer which for some reason only accepts feet and inches. I was horrified to work out my waist measured a large child i.e. 3 ft 5!!!!! That's 3/4 of my height!
This has also helped me focus week to week.
Thankfully the inches are now shifting and at the beginning of the month my waist was down to a healthier 2 ft 11.
