Im now exactley 11 stone, does that mean I mean down to 19 points or do i wait till 10st 13? Thanks for any help.xxx

hey pink, I would drop a point once you 10 something, thats just what id do not positive though, well done by the way! How I long to see 11 again! xx

Thanks so much,,, yep will wait till 10 summit, find 20 points managable,, 19 seems like loads less lol.

At class we were told to wait until under the stone so when 13 lb

Id wait til you lose again. Its your 'whole' stones you count so youre still 11. Enjoy that point while you can lol
