confession- i am scared to eat syns though i try to ?? hmmmmm
intake
bfast- was workin out
lunch- pasta beans 4 quorn sausages, to much???
dinner- going to be rice beans and 2 quorn sausages
snacks - yogurt after dinner, dont really have nothing else we have these go ahed bars but i dont no how many syns are in them and we have no healthy extra bars left arghhh lol
workout!
i done about 2 - 2 n half hours today usial hour to begin on exercise bike then i did loadsa weights and abs and bit of dancing and then last 10 mins hammerd it on the exercise bike with weights almost all the time
extra feelings etc
i do feel really good to be honest! i feel slimmer also but this thing at night grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol! tho i eat free food or healthy extra or my syns i dont want to keep up the habbit! argh anyways i can do this! i decided i think im not going to weigh myself till 3 weeks thats when im going on holiday! im aiming for about 7lbs loss but anything i can get is better then about 13 stone 1-2 lol !

how important is drinking lots of water? can you add juice for flavouring?
how many syns are in go ahead bar its the yogurt coated 1 with like 2 strips in?
how much has everyone lost so far in how long???
