ive been suggested to that i should start a food diary as my first and only week on slimming world i didnt lose any pounds so im hoping people can point out where im going wrong!!!:)

so heres todays as a start

Breakfast: 1 brown toast (HEB), 2 eggs and beans
1 Tea (0.5)

Lunch: Jacket potatoe, Beans, Cheese 28g (HEA)

Dinner: not decided yet.

Great that you have started a diary. I know todays menu is not yet complete but I would suggest you use your Syns.
 
Right, OH is at work and gonna collect something for dinner on the way home but i have to idea what to tell him to get?? any ideas?? something simple enough for him to get. if i leave it to him he WILL get pizza

also needs to be something with afew syns in cause i havent had any others today and wont be having anymore. will be going shopping tomoro for some syn like foods
 
Hmmm that's a tricky one cus the men aren't so good when it comes to the shopping!
 
supermarket but he wudnt say no to takeaway.... most takeaways have wayy to many syns dont they... i did have a look in the book:rolleyes:
 
for dinner had Tesco Italian Spaghetti Bolognese, chilled 400g pack and some beans and my other HEA for the cheese on top. so thats 14 syns for the day. although only had 1 HEB
 
i dont like chinese :(

today for breakkie i have eggs n beans and cup of tea (0.5)
Lunch had: pasta beans and cheese (HEA)


not sure for dinner yet have to go food shoppin later

i feel really disheartned today. i keep seeing other people on the same diet losing pounds and dont see why i havent yet :( i have done my waist and hip measurments today and there no different. feel really down now :cry:
 
Don't get stressed just yet. I would suggest to eat more, there doesn't seem to be much free food in your diaries.

I always keep chopped fruit in the fridge and pick on that when I am hungry, or just pottering around in kitchen.

Keep going and with perseverance you will start to see results :)

It is only week one and you don't have the back up of a group or the benefit of all the information. Don't compare your progress (or lack of) with others as everyone is different. At least you haven't put anything on!

If you can, go to a group, join and go for a couple of weeks then continue on your own. You will get all the info you need and KNOW that you are doing it all right x

Dinner: chilli con carni (Mince HEB)

syns: Tea (0.5) Minimilk x 2 (3.0)

Also A satsuma for snack
