I am not far from my goal and go on holiday on Saturday and will start refeed whilst away.
Now question is about maintaining. I have done WW in the past and thought it was a healthy way of eating but got bored due to slow weight loss.
So I have this idea that when I come back from holiday I will join WW and lose the last bit - will actually still follow LT plan but I understand that when you get to goal and if you stay within 5lbs of goal you can go for free.
Thought that this would help with maintenance in the long term.
Feels a bit like cheating though. Has anyone ever got to gold on WW and can you go for free?
