Hi, these are new in my local Tesco, and only 1.9g fat per bag.

Can someone look up the syns for me please.

Nutrition for info is (25g bag)

95 Kcal
1.9g fat
1.1g protein
18.3g carbs

According to syns calculator its one syn on either day!! - but dunno if Ive done it right!

BTW missy Louise - this post should be in the sticky at the top!!!!!! x

checked the syn calculator, think 4.5 on either red or green.
(dont have the cals per 100gr).

Lou, when in doubt anything that doesn't contain free foods tends to be 1 Syn per 20 kcals. It's not accurate but it's a good guide
