Hello,
I probably should have started this diary at the beginning of my journey back when I weighed 17 stone last year. Then I might have stuck to my diet and been nice and slim by now.
But as we all know, its never that easy.
So here I am restarting Cambridge again for the umpteenth time. I weigh in at 14st 7lbs and want to get down to 11st.
So whats different this time and whats going to keep me going?
1. I am 26 and a big girl so there is no need to make excuses for my own eating behaviour, I control what goes in my mouth nobody else
2. We have the new house so I can't afford to muck up on the diet this time
3. Just had another shitty summer covering myself up when everyone else is out in their tiny tops and shorts and i'm a bit fed up with it.
4. I know people personally who have managed to succeed on this diet so I know that its possible
5. I want to wear those jeans that have been in my wardrobe since Christmas
6. I want Kev to be proud to show me off
7. Vanfest is 6 weeks away and I want to fit in.
8. I want new clothes for Christmas this year and I want them from a skinny shop!
9. I will have a pair of knee high boots this year.

Day 2

Woke up with at least 6 spots on my face, don't remember this from the last time but it was so long ago, it might have happened.
Had a vanilla shake for breakfast and a pint of water.
Last night, just had some cold meat and some salad. I baked one of those tear and share bread things and only had 1/8 of the whole thing, Kev had the rest.
Feeling good today, apart from the spots.
Meeting in Manchester tomorrow and am not eating any carbs. I have promised myself that.
Lets keep going
Well done for getting through day1 , lets just take it 1 day at a time.
 
Had just the 1 shake today, I know, Iknow but have been so busy at work, C decided they wanted a presentation done for this meeting tomorrow so look, its gone 6pm and I am still in the office binding presentations. Great fun.
Gyming it after work if I get away before 7.
we'll see
