Tuesday - Green Day

B: 1/2 bread roll (1B)
L: Pasta N Sauce (Free)
D: Smash pizza (cheese = 1A)

S: 3 biscuits (9 syns)
 
Friday - undecided if red or green

B: 3 eggs scrambled on 2 slices WW bread (1B)
L: Chopped strawberries, melon and blueberries (free)
Two options for dinner...
D1. Steak and salad at pub (free on red)
or if I go home
D2. Pasta and vegetables (free on green).
 
Monday - Green

B: 2 poached eggs, baked beans and toast (1B)
L: 2 packs of sushi, fruit salad and low fat crisps (6 syns)
D: Pasta and vegetables in a tomato sauce with quorn (free)

S: White chocolate cookie - 10 syns!!
 
Wednesday - Green

B: Syn free rice pudding and a banana
L: Pasta salad
D: Chick pea dahl and rice

S: 6 Cracker bread (1B) and laughing cow (1A), plus 2 alpen light bars (1B).
 
Todays dinner is now:

Potato wedges with roast onions and peppers with BBQ sauce (2 syns)

S: 2 packs of low fat crisps (6 syns) oh and a bite size twix (6.5 syns)
 
Thursday

B: baked beans on 2 slices toast (1B)
L: pasta n' sauce
D: chick pea dahl and rice and cheese (1A)

S: mug shot (free), jelly beans (approx 8 syns), 15 malteasers - approx 7.5 syns)

Friday - Green

B: 2 toast and beans (1B)
L: Pasta N sauce (free)
D: Don't know yet

S: Snack size twix (6.5 syns), Crisps (5 syns), Snack size dairy milk (5 syns).

Have been naughty with syns as I forgot i had the crisps, eek.
 
Syn free rice pudding.......

Boil some pudding rice until tender.
Drain.
Add in some sweetner
Stir in a vanilla muller light yogurt
Thats it!

Anyway - had a naughty weekend but back to it again today.

D: Smash pizza (Free)

S: Toast (1B) Cake (10 syns) and treat size choc (5 syns).
