Mix a mousse question...

Hi all, hope your all having a lovely sunday!
This week i've bought some mix a mousse to try! Whats the best way to make it? Also can i use it with the tetras?

Hi Claire...I use it like this (after someone posted it on the boards here!)

Put your water in the freezer for about 15 mins, then open your pack and mix the mam powder with your shake powder...then throw them all in the blender together for around a minute (maybe more depending on your blender!) Put it back in the freezer for 10-15 mins to set and it yummy!!


Have never tried it with the tetras...not sure if it would work because they are quite thick already..be interesting to know though!!

It works really well with the tetras. They take a little longer to set as there is 200ml in a carton. Get the carton really cold then blend well with the mousse powder.

Once set a little nutmeg on the banana one (only after being SS for 2 weeks) makes it taste just like egg custard tart surprise - surprise is no pastry
