Hi,
This is my third time and in many ways I think it is easier. First time I lost quite a bit then came off before target in an unplanned way and put the weight back on gradually.
Second time I thought will do it but have a bit of chicken with it, it won't hurt and will build up to lipotrim, yeah that worked a treat.
So third time, have learnt from other two attempts that it works if you work it, and it is a total food replacement, so have set my target and am not stopping this time for any event/ reason until I reach that target.
This site also makes a massive difference so I log on here loads and feel much clearer about what I need to do to achieve my goal so many thanks to all on here.
Nine weeks in and 3 stone lighter as I said at the start I am finding it easier, best of luck to returners, it doesn't have to be harder, honest x
