I've lost 1lb!!!!!!!!!!

TBH I think without them I would have gained as I've been a pig this last couple of weeks (I will not log what I've eaten as I know this is TFR forum, but we are talking all the usual culprits..including booze!!).

No major toilet issues. Instead of being 'blocked' like I usually am, I'm probably 'normal' now...so that is a plus!!

I think they are FAB for maintainance, but if people want to lose, then I'm afraid I'm not convinced. If you were doing low fat and having them, then I'm sure they would help.
