It's been a few years since I was an active member here so thought I'd say hi and introduce myself.
My name is Gemma and I live in Lincoln with my husband and 5 month old son. In the last 18 months we have got married, had a baby and moved home. It's been a busy and happy time, except for my weight which has crept on again! I lost weight with CD before, but only really half what I needed to. This time I'm hoping to go further and get near target before going onto a Heath eating diet.
I'm a social worker and I work from home (which doesn't help with my snacking!!), I supervise foster carer's and although I love my job it is very stressful!
Anyway, I know this forum is full of wonderful people ready to help others and I'm someone who needs that help and support and hopefully in turn I can offer support.
