Ive been doing LT 10 days now and was trying to find a good forum for inspiration. I just want to say well done to everyone particularly the ones who have been doing LT for months. I am currently 82kg 5ft 07lb. Worst of all my legs rub together in summer. I feel so inpired by you all. In the beginning I had to write to myself in a journal because the first few days was hell. I felt like I was giving up cigarettes (done that in 1991...still going!). Ive given up smoking, cola, and pork in the past.(Whats giving up food eh!..). I read earlier on someone saying ' This is for me and I am gonna keep at it. When I cook for the kids, I taste it and spit it out. I hope to lose 2stone in 6 weeks holidays so I started this on 22nd July (summer hols). I take it one day at a time. 'This is for me, this is what I want'!
The only thing is, is that I dont actually know how this works. How do I set things up etc. Any comments will be most welcome.
