I lost 3lbs (i really think 5 but different scales)

and sad to say ive switched, im not longer on Lipotrim, Im a born again CD girl.

Just feel like i need the extra support and i hope i can continue the brilliant losses i have had already.

Im not leaving i still still be bumbling about.

Well done to everyone i havent said much on the forums last week or so.

Well done. I switched to CD. Basically the same diet, but with more flavors. Good luck with CD hun.x
