Hi! First day of my Diary. I always start things on fridays. Haha.
My diet is a very low calorie diet, eating between 500-800cals a day, I try not to drop below 500cals, as I know that is really not good. I do a lot of exercise, horse riding 3 times a week, swimming once a week, and walking my dogs every day and sometimes my mum's dogs.
Well, this was yesterdays intake (31st July):
1/4 Watermelon - 150cals
3 minature sausages - 123cals
1/4 low fat pizza - 162cals
1/3 low fat garlic bread - 78cals
Total: 513cals.
Plus the dog treat my mum dared me to eat. XD
Yesterdays exercise:
Walk dogs - 40mins
Swimming - 70mins
Shopping - 3hrs
