I can finally say hello properly. I went to see my CDC tonight and she is really nice. I've got 7 soups. chicken and mushroom, mushroom and leek and potato. I got 3 chocolate tetra's, 2 strawberry, 2 chocolate mint, 2 fruits of the forest, 2 chocolate, 2 chocolate orange and 2 toffee and walnut.

I know its silly but decided to start right away so I didn't have my meal this evening I had a chocolate tetra instead. It wasn't bad!!! I'm really surprised. Now just got to keep going.

I've bought myself some really nice smellies from Lush for my bath and a nice face mask so when I really want something to eat at night I'll go for a bath instead.

Off to watch some telly, do some more of my college course and then I might find some time to do a wee while on my Wii fit.

Oh should have said I've got 105lbs to lose:cry: but am feeling more positive about it than I have for a while.

Hi welcome and keep going. It gets easier as the days go by (i am just about to finish week 2) and you will be amazed by how quickly you lose your appetite. If you are wavering come in here for support. Drink lots of water and keep at it girl. Enjoy those lush baths.xx

Welcome and good luck - aww ur a lush girl, excellent! I LOVE lush - I may have to treat myself to celebrate my first stone off!!

Lots of luck for your first week and I think it shows you are determined if you have started straight away, that's great. Keep us updated on your progress x

Good on ya for starting! I wish i loved the smellies for the bath - I have to hold my breath when i pass lush and i'd love to hate the smell cos i was pregnant!
I hope you do well. My losses not that great compared to some of the fantastic, ney unbelievable, losses on this site. But, no matter what your reasons, you'll get a load of support here and I, for one, would not have got this far without minimins.
Look forward to reading about your losses.

I don't think it's silly at all that you started straightaway, but a great idea to dive in before bedtime.:D

I also have a similar amount of weight to lose so I do understand the issues that can bring. You're not alone with that on this site, I can assure you.:)

You have made your decision to make a positive change in your life so keep those blinkers on now and enjoy the results of your hard work!

Welcome aboard. I'm kind of new myself. Take it easy these first few days. You should start to feel more energetic by the weeks end.
 
Hi & welcome to the forum. Starting CD is the best step you could've taken to lose your weight.

There are loads of people on this forum who are all in the same boat as you & we are all here to offer & share advice & to 'listen' when you need a good rant!!! :D

This site is full of motivation & inspiration.
