well thought i had gained 3lbs after 3 weeks of messing about since wedding...

weighed myself this morning and have a sts this week...

i'm over the moon...

got back on track yesterday... would like to lose a stone by August 16th (start of footy season) but may be pushing it xx

well done for this week and good luck for next week - how long did you have off for the weekend? Were you careful or did you splash out? I have a wedding in a couple of weeks and have yet to decide what to do.

ah thats brill goolian, i sts for 2 weeks cus i messed around, back on track now 100% lost a pound (in 4 week's) .. so not to bad...

good luck for next week, sure it will fly of you, is only water and by the 16th august ya just never know! stick with it, keep glugging, and THINK THIN
