its really nice, I used to even put milk in it!!, but cant now as back on SS!! I really didn't think you could have it on SS, so its great to hear I can - this site is great!!

I was told i could have it as many times as i would have a cup of coffee, as long as you also drink water.

I also put a peppermint tea bag in my hotchoc mint shake to make it more minty, hope thats not weird !

I hate tea, so i went and bought the peppermint tea, thinking its got to be different, i just poured it down sink, don't like peppermint tea LOL, might be nicer if i add peppermint oil to it, it was abit bland.

Keep your teabags, peppermint ones, put them in the fridge, and if you have a headache, put them on your eyes, they will sort the ache out!

I always leave the bag in and drink it like that so that it is really minty
