Lateral Thigh Trainer

i have one.... a few years ago... i used it alittle.... but i was 16 and a half stone than.... i didnt enjoy it.... so it went under the bed.... lent it to someone about 2 years ago... never asked for it back.... Now you've reminded me i may ask for it, and try it now my weight is much less.... sorry i havent been much help...

when i used it i did feel it working, ie... my bum and legs ached, but didnt use it long and regular enough to notice a differemce x

Have not got a clue - sorry!!

Let me know - could be fun! x

I had one, hardly used it and then gave it to my sister in law who promptly broke it!! I have no idea how as she is about 8 stone wet through!

Just a tip, have a look on ebay cos I got mine from there, brand new and a lot less than jjb.

i also have one and all i can say is if u have bad knees (even slightly bad) stay well away from it.
i do have dodgy knees but thought it would be like going upstairs and thought i would at least be able to do five minutes or so ( i could climb a few flights of stairs without too much hassle).
I was wrong. i can only do about 2 minutes (maximum) and it absolutely kills my knees with the most intense burning pain.
i am going to stick all my 'thought it would be ok on my knees' exercise failures on ebay and get myself an electric treadmill instead.
i have the lateral thigh trainer, a leg magic, manual treadmill and a elliptical machine (cross-trainer). all used less than 10 times (apart from the treadmill) and now just collecting dust in the spare room. time to get rid of them.

i had one years ago - they're crap!!! they used to kills my knees. i think they would just build serious muscle! i definately wouldn't recommend one. cross trainers look good though - they're alot more expensive. i would buy one of those if i had a spare bit of money.

Did you end up getting one of these? I have just bought one today from Argos for £20, and intend to do 10-15 mins every night while watching Corrie/Eastenders.

If you did buy one, what kind of results did you get with it?

I just thought it might be a bit cheaper than these gym memberships I keep signing myself up to, and not using.

Yes I did buy it. I do 30 mins each night on it. Only thing I would say it that it does put pressure on your knees, so be careful until you are used to it. xx
