Scales/Measurements/Body Fat%

Ok - so I went a whole 6 weeks from being weighed in at the gym and the result was one whole pound off in that time. My body fat % is down by 2%. My measurements were a better story:

Then:
Chest: 37.5
Waist: 30
Hips: 36.5
Thighs: 21

Now:
Chest: 37
Waist 28
Hips: 36
Thighs: 20

4 inch loss over 6 weeks is great - we definately get too hung up on what the numbers on the scales say each week - and we must remember to look at the overall picture (I was disappointed by the scales but very pleased with the tape measure)

Well done hun x

:girlpower:well done..you will be able to just slip under the door when you get here.. and a pound is a pound .. 2 packs of butter on your butt?? not pretty!!

and for some reason I actually feel slimmer today - does not happen that often! I have been ruthless in clearing out my wardrobe and will be shopping next week to get some clothes that actually fit me. Bad news for the bank account - great news for you as I have a bin liner full for you to choose from!

I should have taken my measurements when I started but I didn't! The last few weeks haven't been great for me weight loss wise and the scales have barely budged, but clothes that previously didn't fit now fit, so I must've lost inches rather than pounds. well done Lindam x

it's not too late - get the tape measure out now! As you get nearer to target and the scales refuse to go in the direction you want them to then the tape measure will become your best friend!

I know my waist measurement when I started but I didn't take any other measurements
