Tesco Carb Control Shakes...

Hi all,

Has anyone seen these? I had one today at work (I forgot my shakes & tetras and couldn't go all day without something).

First of all, they tasted pretty damned disgusting. Sickly sweet, aftertaste and a yucky, powdery 'chocolate' flavour. Not a patch on the CD tetras, to be sure!!

I was just wondering whether they were an ok or suitable substitute as a one-off?

hmm difficult to say - have you compared the ingredients and nutritional information, maybe that would be a good start? I have never seen them

Whatever it is it's still better that a big butty and a bag of crisps (well for us anyway)
