OOHHHHH!!!!!

no more baking this holiday - deffo!! x

hun test for ketones in the morning when there more concentrated.
if youve been drinking water and the like all day they could be so dilute there not quite picking them up

no beating ur self up, is hard to explain to children why ur saying no especially if he made them with you in mind and afterall you did spit it out

i havent told him i'm on a special "diet" and dont really want to.
dont want him to EVER have a hang up about his body.

i'll test again in the morning. x

You have my sympathy, it must not be easy trying to not eat chocolate cake you are making.

I am sure you will be fine, think what you would have usually have had.

I saw a wedding show with a chocolate fountain, I had many filthy thought of me being locked, alone, in a room with it. I would not bother with the marshmallows or dipping food, just let me stick my tongue into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the line has drawn and i WONT be doing it again!! x
