Hello All

I would like to introduce myself to you, firstly i have done Lipotrim twice each time failling to reach my target.

When i started i was 15st 8lbs and i got down to 14stones and got carried away went on holiday and gave it all up

I then started again with 15st 6lbs and i think i only it did for a week ( not following it strictly though) gave up again because of a couple of reason, no funds and just loved my food too much!

So here i am now 15st 9lbs when i weighed myself yesterday, i am going to the chemist tomorrow to start but i have been drinking my water and the leftover chicken soup.

I dont have the funds esp with this credit crunch but i feel i need to do this now and forever.

I am proud to say for the first time since i have been doing Lipotrim, i did not cheat at all yesterday and i resisted the temptation at dinner time (which to be honest it is the most difficult time for me)

So i am hoping i can do it this time around and get to my ideal weight of 11st.

I have been so impressed with you all and i believe i should be able to control food and not let food control me.

i have been inspired by the likes of Tracy, Moonsoon, Fatotin, to mention a few who have all reached their goals, i trust and believe with the support we get here we can all reach our goal once and for all.

Thanks for reading my post and here is to a slimmer us in the future and a happier self.:thankyou:

To add to previous post i read, i dont believe anybody can be happy being FAT, i am a happy person but i hate the rolls of flabs on my back.

Anyway hope you all have a wonderful day and i will be on here to add and get my inspiration from all you wonderful people.

NB
Can anyone tell me what channel the sandwich programme was please.

Also please ignore my ticker i cant remember my pin to change it!!

Hey,

Good luck - you have to do this time - 3rd time lucky eh!

Keep posting and stay strong... if money is tight u dont want to waste it by not doing TFR correctly!

Just delete your ticker and start a new one! Its great to have the satisfaction of updating it everyweek and seeing your self get closer to your goal?

So what BMI are you aiming for??? And what weight is that???

hiya - good luck hun. You know what you want and you know how to get there!! :)

Thanks thefutureisbright and daisybank.

My BMI at the moment is 35 and i want to get down to 25, which is 11st, i am 5ft 6In. This was my weight before i met my hubby, got pregnant and added 5st thot i would loose it after the birth but i am still here struggling and my son is now 2yrs!!

With regards to money thats my point exactly i have said to myself if you are not going to do it this time then no point wasting money so i have told my head and stomach i am not wasting any more money!!

I cant seem to be able to delete my ticker!

good luck this time around hun, :)

We are all here because we dislike being the size we are - except the lucky ones who are at target ! It's a great site for encouragement as well as the odd ass whipping then you let things slip, but overall we are a good bunch who will support each other through thick and thin.. or should that be Fat and Thin ?
You can do it this time...have faith

good luck hope it works for you this time round

Wishing you all the best in the world, you will be at target in no time hun x x x

good luck - you can do it this time.

good luck lady, im sure you will be very successful, and a slim (but not too shady) lady in absolutely no time at all xx

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure I would have given up a long time ago if it wasn't for the fantastic support I've found here and the encouragement I get. The first thing I do after my WI is log on here. I tell everyone on here before I tell anyone at home!!! Lol!

I said I'd lose my pregnancy weight after each of my babies were born but never did! I have 3 children and the eldest has just turned 16!!!!!! I have, however, managed to get to the weight I was before I had number 2!! Yay! Still a long way to go.

I know it does seem a lot to pay out each week, I pay £36 but some pay a lot more, but when you think about it, the only other things you pay for are Fibreclear (well worth it), coffee &/or tea and maybe laxatives! I reckon that works out to about £42 a week or £6 a day. I could spend half that on diet coke and chocolate before LT and the rest on food so I think I am no worse off than before. However, spending the money makes me more determined not to waste it by cheating.

Someone on here suggested putting a £ for each pound you lose into a money box and using it towards new clothes when you get to target, sounds a brilliant idea to me.

Good luck with your weight loss, we all look forward to hearing how well you do at your first WI.

x

hi, welcome, good luck! remember don't give up, we are all here with you, running the same race, if you need to lean on us then do so, some 1 on the forum is always on, and you never have to wait too long for a reply. :D hope you stay strong and hit your target

Hi,

I don't know if it helps but I am on my third and final time on lipotrim. I had a succesful go last year but didn't set myself a target and when I stopped I gradually put on. Then second attempt lasted a week convinced myself some carbs would be ok (not sure which bit of no food I didn't get).
This time been going eight weeks and lost three stone so far. Feel great. I have learnt a lot from my previous attempts and also really listened to what peeps on here have to say and follow their advice. I owe a lot of my weight loss to this forum and know I am going to get to target, still got another five stone to go!
Good luck, you aren't the only restarter and we will get to target if its what we really want and we put 100% effort in. Tara x
