Well....where shall I start.....

New years eve 2007, home alone at 293lbs wondering where the last year has gone????

Present day......196lbs wondering where the last 7 months have gone!!!

Yes....you read that right....196lbs

196lbs....​

Yup folks...not only have I hit my target....I have smashed my target with a final weigh-in of 6lbs off!!!

....at this point I would like to use lots of swear words but I will settle for...

WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
